Barchetta

If you love fried chicken and waffles, you have to go to this Perth Cafe because they have the best. Located right on Cottlestone Beach, you will be impressed before you even take a bite. The great coffee is another plus to warm you up after taking a morning swim.

You will love their wonderful service and the big breakfast that comes with eggs your way, sourdough bread, bacon, hash browns, spinach, mushrooms, and roasted Roma tomatoes. The prices are a bit higher here but it is well worth it when you have such a stunning view.

Finlay & Sons Coffee No. 917

Located on Beaufort Street in Inglewood, this is one of the local favorites, which means it has to be outstanding. The menu is fresh and imaginative with dishes like French toast with lemon curd and mango, bibimbap with steak and veggies, a variety of egg dishes, and sweet potato corn fritters. But the coffee is the star.

Finlay & Sons get their coffee from Twin Peaks Coffee Roasters who roast their beans in a cast-iron roaster with high-quality beans. Whether you want pour-over, French Press, or Aeropress, you won't be disappointed. You can go ahead and sleep in and enjoy a late breakfast too since they are open until 2:30 PM.

Little Bay Restaurant

At Watermans Bay Beach, there is a cute little restaurant called Little Bay where you can get the Bayside Brunch. It is a bit fancier than most of the others and they only have brunch on weekends but that is no reason not to visit. The view alone is a good reason to eat there.

The menu is different than others since they have a buffet as well as menu items to choose from. It is one of the most popular places in Perth to get a plate of crispy gnocchi and chorizo and the pulled pork tostada.
